2. Subscription Refunds
Tracklia operates on a subscription-based model, and refunds are available under the following conditions:
a. Free Trial
- All new users receive a 14-day free trial upon signing up. No charges will be applied during this period and you are not required to enter payments details.
- You can then subscribe after the free trial.
b. Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are only available within 7 days of the initial payment for new subscriptions.
- Renewal payments are non-refundable, as customers are responsible for managing their subscriptions.
- If Tracklia fails to provide the core advertised features due to technical issues on our end, you may request a refund within the first 7 days of payment.
c. Non-Refundable Cases
- Refunds will not be issued for change of mind or accidental purchases after the trial period.
- If the service is partially used or a significant portion of the subscription period has elapsed, refunds will not be provided.
- Accounts terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service are ineligible for refunds.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Provide your account details and the reason for your refund request.
- Our team will review your request and process eligible refunds within 5-10 business days.
